From the very beginning when I went to fill out the financing paperwork over in Hinsdale IL the whole office had a humble... peaceful serene atmosphere
I was made to feel welcome right off the top
Jennifer & the receptionist took the the time to explain the whole process......

Then when I went to the location on frontage road to pick out my truck the frst person I met was the receptionist there.... I got the same treatment.... she was pleasant & kind

My sales guy Peter is off the chain from the very beginning we clicked!!!!! This man had the sale & still made sure I was good & made sure I understood everything that was going on .... this was my first tractor purchase & I was told by other drivers how awful the process would be ( buying my frst truck) but that wasn t the case everything was so smooth from beginning to end I actually cried in the parking lot after I signed my paperwork for my purchase ( tears of joy ) because I couldn t believe how simple they made everything........ then the closer John.... this man is awesome again he went out of his way to help me & make sure my job was in the mix about my purchase
Mr Gilbert ( the man who decides if a truck is worthy to be sold ) is a very nice man who reassured me I was getting a great truck

IM NOT BUYING A TRUCK FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! MY HUSBAND WONT BUY ANYWHERE ELSE AFTER WHAT HE HAS WITNESSED!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE COMPASS FOR GIVING ME A CHANCE TO EARN MY FULL POTENTIAL
