I will never buy GAP insurance from a dealership again! We were extremely overcharged compared to what the credit union charged us. We were told that we could get a refund in 3-4 weeks but it has now been over 4 months and I can't even get people to return my calls. Customer service is very important to a business. Never get to talk to anyone always have to leave voicemail but nobody returns calls very poor service. I have bought 4 vehicles from them through the years but after this I will never buy from them or recommend them to anyone again. Very frustrated!
