If I could give L&B Appliance fewer stars I would....

If I could give L&B Appliance fewer stars I would. We had them out a few times for the same issue and they were unable to fix our Whirlpool fridge that was only 2 months old. On my scheduled service day (which they confirmed for me), I had to call them after waiting well past my service window, only to have them tell me that they weren't coming. They said that I had the appointed day wrong. The second time this happened I was told that it wasn't their fault and I should just find a new service company. They were completely rude and disrespectful. Save your time and your money and use someone else.
