Very different company than the one I dealt with in the past but very unprofessional. Cites made-up exclusions no-where to be found on the tire protection plan exclusion list just so they don't have to cover any damages. What's the purpose of the protection plan then?

I've found the best way to deal with companies that treat you like you don't matter is to stop doing business with them completely so no more tire rack purchases until they drop Sonsio. It's back to my local tire shop from now on.
