My husband and I lived in the Bellagio for 3 years. The first year was great. Our second year there, a new president was elected as the board of directors. I was told by many owners that she was elected due to the lack of persons running. She is the most conniving person I have ever met. She makes false accusations constantly, has created so many rules that it is impossible to enjoy any of the amenities, cars are constantly being towed and the list goes on. Needless to say we have recently moved out and could not be happier to finally feel like we live in a community of people that actually enjoy where they LIVE. The views are beautiful here, but the buildings are terrible - you can hear everything above/beside you and the management seems to always find a problem and makes it known how much they hate renters. I would never suggest anyone moving here unless you want to constantly feel like you're walking on egg shells.
