This has been the worst experience trying to get my solar panels up and running. My sales rep was wonderful, and shared a very well put together presentation, which ultimately swayed my decision to get solar panels. After signing the papers, everything fell apart. I was told my installation would take a day, two at most. It took a month to complete the installation. Initially the construction crew was very professional and efficient. Then, the electrician doesn't show up. I have to schedule another time to complete the install. There were several no shows after that, or tardiness (and I mean HOURS, not just a few minutes) for the electrician(s). Then the construction crew doesn't show up until several days later, without my knowledge or permission. When I contacted customer service, they were basically like "Thanks for letting us know, but it's installed now." So, I guess, me missing work and dealing with this nonsense for a month didn't even rate an apology. After relating this ugly experience to them, I tried to order a second, smart thermostat, and they wanted to charge me more than $30 over retail price for it. Do not get solar panels from this company! The biggest lack of professional I have ever seen.
