We went there to adopt a dog and put in an application. We were told 48 hours. We called and no answer. We called two days later and no answer. Another two days and still no one had an answer if we got the dog. Meanwhile, we noticed that the dog was not on the website any longer. After 10 days we called again and they had confirmed that the dog was no longer there. I left a message with the "big" boss and within 10 minutes we finally got a call back telling us that it was denied because we had another dog that was not spayed and it was there policy not to let anyone have an animal in the same house with one that was not fixed. WHY wasn't this explained during the application process? Every person there was unprofessional to us and should have known policy prior to us filling out an application and then waiting 10 days just to be told no and that we are not their type of people because we had a dog that was not spayed. Our dog in question was also abandoned and we were in the process of getting her fixed. This was explained at the time we filled out our application.
