we are very dissappointed in the products we bought.on7/26 /12.for a total of $2556.75.sofa /279103,chair 279203, pillows 279103. they have become so uncomfortable we can not sit on them anymore .i in the past have and still do own a berne couch and chair for 24 years and for the fact they are 24 years old and raised 5 children on them they are still comfortable, need new custions,the smith bros furniture we bought 7/26/12, has had no children to speak of on it,and is terriably un comfortable .what can you do to help us enjoy furniture we have not enjoyed for 1year? thank you for your attention to this problem. ernesr worcester 17 mcelwee ct.rittman ohjo 44270 .i have all my bills for these items as proof of purchase.
