Since the first time when we approached the Island Media Management team we felt that the communication went very well, specifically in understanding the needs on our website development. During the design and construction phase we had to exercise the whole process through virtual meetings due to the CoVid-19 pandemic. However the IMM team (Suzan, Raka, Ecky and Tio, to name a few) were very patient and cooperative working on adjustments, corrections and additions to the website content. The website launch was actioned as per our agreed timeline and with very minimal issues which were addressed in a timely manner. Also thank you very much to Tarryn for clarifying a few matters.
As the client, we are satisfied with the service rendered to us even with very limited resources that we have but at the end we have achieved our common objectives. We are excited to work with the new and fresh look of our website and look forward to generate more business in the near future.
