Very disappointed with the service. Had a tire blowout on the freeway, complete tire failure of low mileage run flat tire. Called and coordinated tow back to dealership. Next day received text message asking why car was towed to dealership. Took an entire day to replace one tire. Had to call multiple times to get repair status. Service rep wasn t interested in how or why tire failed. Service tech drove car up still covered in road grime and bugs on the windshield. Allow wheel that had tire failure was still covered in melted rubber and grime. No one seemed to care. This car is my fourth BMW owned and this was by far the poorest service ever by this dealership. BMW San Antonio needs to step up their quality.
