This review has been way overdue. I got a call from James Pang at TOM soon after my arrival in Sydney from overseas. He got my details on LinkedIn. Coincidentally TOM had been recommended to me as a recruiter of choice before my arrival in Australia. From that first phone call and interview with them i knew i was in good hands. Grant, a co-owner, also met me at their office.

TOM took the time to find out what i was looking for in my next role and in a day i had 2 interviews lined up. Their knowledge of the recruiting company, org structure and the roles itself set me up well for the interviews . I was quickly called in for a 2nd interview and was offered the job.
I gladly recommend TOM to friends looking for their next opportunity as i know they will not be treated as a "fee generator".
