Had ac unit looked at was very professional at the time had another issue a little over a month and tried to explain whats going on and the service manager was extremely rude and would not let me talk kept cutting me off and one excuse after another. I WILL NEVER OR AT ANYTIME DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. Unless you like throwing money away for nothing then there your guys. Yes I fully understand my unit is not new and needs work but the lake or care and or compassion for the little guys well thats just in my eyes not someone that I want to deal with. And I'm being respectful and not naming names but you the service ops manager that's for the polite hang up on me. 5 stars in my book.
