I have just purchased my 1st BMW and the experience and attention provide by Samir Umer was great. From the initial meeting on reviewing vehicle choices and my requirements, he spent the necessary time with me that I needed to help me make the decision that was right for me. His presentation of my vehicle on the day of pickup was very special to me and much appreciated. He also followed up after a couple of days to ensure I was comfortable. His service has been nothing but great. I love my new X3!
