My mother inlaw wasnt feeling well and she decided to go to the emergency room at Jacobi hospital. She wait 5 hours In total. I know their are people who are more sick than others but 5 hours is a lot of a wait time for an emergency room. THe hospital should have someone taken patients information ask the reason why their there vs just having them waiting impatiently in pain and sick. The hospital need to come up with a better way to attend to everyone that walks into the emergency room... My Mather inlaw went home in pain after 5 long painful hours.. It's incredible how she felt worst at a place that should of helped her feel better and should of provide care.. Way to go Jacobi staff
