I HAVE A 2000 BMW I BROUGHT IN FOR AN AUDIO UPGRAD...

I HAVE A 2000 BMW I BROUGHT IN FOR AN AUDIO UPGRADE. IN THE BEGINNING THE RELATIONSHIP WAS FRIENDLY. I BROUGHT MY CAR IN AT 8 AM GOT IT BACK AT ALMOST 8 PM. KEEP IN MIND ON THIS DAY THEY WERE CLOSING AS MY CAR WAS FINISHING SERVICE. IN ADDITION I WAS THERE AT THE TIME THEY TOLD ME MY CAR WOULD BE READY AROUND 6PM......YES I WAS THERE ANOTHER 2+ HOURS. READ TO GET MY CAR AFTER A LONG DAY AT WORK, I TOOK MY CAR HOME. AFTER CHECKING THE DETAILS MY SIDE MIRRORS DIDNT WORK AND MY TRUNK WAS A MESS (NO CLEAN UP....THIS WAS NO CHEAP UPGRADE). I TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER FOR MIKE THAT I SAW ON THE VIDEO PACKAGE WHILE IN THE STORE. 3 DAYS NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. BROUGHT MY CAR BACK FOR THEM TO CHECK THE MIRROR SITUATION (NOT STRESSING ABOUT THE MESS LEFT IN THE TRUNK) THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR ANOTHER 8 HOURS JUST TO TELL ME THAT THE WIRING WAS BAD AND ITS NOT THEIR FAULT. MY RESPONSE WAS EVERYTHING WORKED GREAT BEFORE THE UPGRADE. THEY EXPRESSED AGAIN......#NOTOURFAULT. SAD TO SAY I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I GUESS MY 2000 DOLLARS DID NOT WARRANT FURTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO THEM FROM A PROFESSIONAL REFERRAL THAT HAS SPENT OVER 5 FIGURES. SAD TO SAY MY SMALL DOLLARS DONT MATTER.
