I m greatly disappointed by the way the company deals with their customers.
I have booked my canyon tour and my reservation has been cancel as I didn t respond to their email rant has been sent in the middle of the night in my time zone. I received their email at 2 am and at 4 am my reservation has been cancel. How unprofessional is this? When feeling their form I stated I m from UK.

I emailed back willing to agree to their offer and the company wasn t even bothere to respond to it.
