One of the worst Sheraton's I've stayed in, badly in need of some TLC.

The Good: Service was great and all the employees were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, it ends there.

The Bad: The most glaring this is just how dated this place is and the lack of upkeep. My door took serious force to open or close and would not close on it's own (definitely a safety/security issue). My room was hot, humid, and the old box-by-the-window style air conditioner could not maintain a cool temperature. I had it set on high at 64 degrees and the coldest the room ever got was 68 at night. The fitness center is severely lacking compared to most Sheratons (and even most Courtyards to be honest). The water temp in my shower fluctuated the entire time. Lastly, the lounge is subpar when comparing to similar Sheratons or other Marriott/SPG properties. The breakfast options were lacking (no breakfast meat of any kind, just eggs), however I must say that what I did have while there was pretty good quality.

Overall the place could be decent with some investment from Marriott/SPG but as it stands now, you're better off staying at the nearby Marriott or Westin which can be had for a similar price.
