Recently huge problems with the support of Yourhosting. In 2017 Yourhosting was available by phone and helpful. Now in 2019, very slow responses to support questions that can only be dealt with by e-mail and then nothing is done or half-hearted about what has been promised. Your hosting, THIS IS NOT how you deal with customers !!!! By the way, my questions have not been answered properly after more than a week.
