After 3 weeks looking for furniture I went to Norwood on a referral. What a great experience from Lisa and she made sure I found what I was looking for and definitely made sure I was satisfied with looks and comfort of the furniture. Why would a consumer go to a big box--not get any acknowledgement you where or if they can help you. After all you are spending money.You can buy anywhere but where can you get good service Only at Norwood you get both As I said Lisa was wonderful and not pushy met my needs *****
