Dear Hotel Jen Penang,
I had enjoyed my stays in Hotel Jen Penang.
It was indeed a great experience.
The waiter and waitress working at the Club Lounge were friendly and attentively fulfil my needs.
However, there are some areas need to be improved.
Firstly, is the receptionist check in experience. Ms. Eja is a good staff, but for me its unfair for her to work in lounge and some other time at receptionist counter. Be specific on task and duty. Let her be in her expertise area. You can't put all the blames on the staff if there is any issues arise upon check in. Should you go investigate and restructure your management started from the top management team. They are the root of the good management example.
Secondly, i would appreciate if you are able to upgrade your swimming pool which looks so old and out dated i would say as compared to some other good hotels such as Four Points by Sheraton, St Giles Hotel etc.
Thirdly, i had a big problem to make a reservation via phone when they transferred me to the centralised booking. It pissed me off for few times. They were not being well trained and very poor on products and services. Please ease the customer by making a direct call to the hotel in order to make a less hassle booking experience.
