The place is small and unpretentious in an inconspicuous strip mall next to Bobcat Stadium. It's got kitschy cute country pictures and potatoheads on the walls and only a handful of tables and bench seating.

The food itself is as you would expect, a variety of big baked potatoes. I had the quesadilla spud that included chicken fajita meat, cheese, sour cream and sauted onions and peppers. My husband had a brisket spud that had a heaping scoop of meat with butter while my son's girlfriend had the special of the day, a spicy chicken spud. Oh and just to be different, my son had a hamburger with tater tots!

All were delicious and freshly cooked. We will definitely be back to this friendly counter service cafe.
