Here is my feedback: service at the time of excellent booking, Stefania was kind and efficient in finding the right solutions for our holiday. Local manager Raffaella was always efficient even though we only heard it for whatsapp.
The site is clear and well done, nothing to report.
The villas: Eraclea is in a truly spectacular position, the villa is "very beautiful also from an architectural point of view, the owner family was super nice and hospitable. The only point of attention: household appliances have a lot of years, maybe they should be replaced.
Hibiscus: very convenient location directly on the sea. The villa is spacious and with good facilities even if two rooms have a somewhat unhappy position being in fact two passageways. Very nice owners.

Overall, you have an excellent organization and really let the true lovers of Sicily taste like us. We will definitely be back.
