Janice and her team are outstanding. Selling a house while out of state presents many difficulties, but Janice knew all the people to get our house ready for market quickly and affordably. We also had a problem just before closing, and Janice and her team went above and beyond to handle everything for us and calmly dealt with both us and our buyer leading up to our closing.
