was in a car accident on Nov. 2019. The girl wasn't even on the insurance policy the car wasn't even hers. It was her friends dad's car. She wasn't even from the state I'm from. They are nice enough to work out a payment plan with me, but I believe I shouldn't be even paying anything due to the fact she didn't own the car or was on the policy.
