Avoid this ER! They insisted on keeping an elderly family member overnight to do blood work every 4 hours because he was severely anemic and if the numbers lowered he would need a transfusion. THEY DID NOT DRAW HIS BLOOD THE ENTIRE NIGHT! Not only that, no one went in 'his area (not even a room)' the entire night. He could have died and no one would have known until the morning. He was not on any monitoring. They pretty much got paid for an overnight stay and they did NOTHING! Chairs in 'Fast Track' were not wiped down between patients. The next morning the nurse stated he was being discharged and later someone came to take him to a room upstairs?! No one knew what was going on! Some employees said I was allowed in Fast Track and some said I was not. I understand they are overwhelmed but really???!!!
