As a customer, I have to say that my experience with Carer's Association Southern Staffordshire has been average. The staff is generally helpful and friendly, but sometimes it feels like they are overwhelmed with the number of carers they have to assist. They could definitely benefit from more resources and staff to ensure that everyone gets the help they need. Overall, it's an okay organization, but there is room for improvement.
