Beware of the so-called "resort fee." I completely agree with another reviewer: this hotel isn't worth the price.
It's a nice hotel. The valet guys were great. The front desk staff was nice. To be honest, though, even the "deluxe" room was still a pretty boring hotel room. The bathroom was clean. The carpet was fraying and probably should have been replaced a year ago. There wasn't really much of a view from the window. The bed was comfortable. The hallway was pretty noisy. We heard other guests talking and slamming doors even after midnight.
I can't stand the resort fee: an attempt to charge me for amenities I didn't use.
There are *plenty* of other nice hotels in Dallas. I'm going to look elsewhere next time!
