Customer Service FAIL
Our home power went out and battery backup failed. NO ONE called. We had to call them at 8am, no answer. We had NO security or fire alarm coverage overnight. Isn t that what we pay for?

This company has proven to be negligent of our basic needs before. Last year the wrong contact list was called when the alarm went off. Complete strangers were notified of the trigger instead of the home owners. I d advise picking a more attentive company to trust. Two huge mistakes is too many.
