To make starting easier I wanted to mount a starter hook (Justicehook) on an old kneeboard. First, the Jobe team helped me find and order the hook. After 7 days no order within and when I was approached by Rens (Team Jobe) about my experience, I indicated that I had not received anything yet. Rens immediately set to work and sent a new hook (apparently something went wrong with UPS). I was / am impressed with the effort that the Jobe team put into my order despite the low purchase price. Online ordering should always go like this.
