We used Mark Miller Toyota for the first time with a recall. Several months prior I called Karl Malone Toyota to schedule the recall with them. After getting the run around on the phone and the promise they would call back once the parts arrived, I never hear from them. So I called Mark Miller Toyota. They were able to get the parts within a week and schedule a time to bring our vehicle in to be serviced.

While our vehicle was being worked on the provided us a "loaner" car, which made it so we weren't inconvenienced. Despite the fact that they fell behind schedule they made sure we were well taken care of.

Everything was good. The service was good. We were very pleased. A washed vehicle was an added bonus!
