My boyfriend got an appointment at this place straight away which was great considering he rang around a few places which were all fully booked for weeks/months.
However, what should have been a 15-20 minute job took close to one and half hours due to being forgotten and put down to "miscommunication" between the staff.
Parking is scarce, there is a Wilson's close by but you need to shell out $20 for an hour or park a few blocks away in 1-hour-meter parking for $4per hour which is not ideal if you are in crutches (such as our case). And possibly may have gotten a fine if made to wait that long.
Overall dissatisfied with service, didn't look super busy during the 2pm appt time so may have been a one-off.
