The trauma Nurses and Doctors are fantastic! 5th floor nursing staff have been super, except Wanda, night shift patient tech. She has the personality of a mad alligator. If you have to be hateful to your patients or visitors, you shouldn't be a Nurse. The furnishings and equipment are old and dirty. This hospital definitely needs updated.
