Our family booked reservations for our summer holiday with a time share organization that used Tourico as the intermediary. When we arrived at the booked hotel, it was dirty, old, and not acceptable. We have been trying to get our money refunded. Both the time share organization and the hotel involved have OK'd our money being reimbursed, but not Tourico. They stall, and stall, and make up absurd reasons why they won't give us our money. We will never deal with this organization again. They are keeping our money that even their own vendors agree should be returned to us. What is wrong with these people?
