I ordered my burger online as I have a 30min lunch...

I ordered my burger online as I have a 30min lunch...get my order which about 2mins from my office. Get back and notice the order is wrong...missing bacon and it had been smashes in the bag. Walked back asked for the manager who was like it was no big deal. The cook behind the counter started talking trash underneath her breath and I told the manager didn't want her to make my food, said manager "I didn't see it". Burger was remade. Something said check the bag...the burger was still WRONG! It was missing cheese this time! I asked for a refund and the corporate number 3 times and was not provided by the manager but by the cashier after the "manager" walked away! Never again! Waiting for my return phone call!
