I wish I could say that my experience was good but...

I wish I could say that my experience was good but it was terrible!!
I tried to make an appointment over an hour.
The service department is a joke!!! They make me wait and wait.
They have no patient and hung up the phone twice while I'm talking.
They do not value your time.
This place need an overhaul of employee at the service ! After that I called Toyota of Clearwater and made an appointment in 5 min and the service was super good by far!!!
