Sheila has been an absolute star throughout a long and difficult process. Professional yet always friendly, prompt at replying to emails and phone calls. Encouraging when things weren't going my way. I shall miss our communication! Hilary was also brilliant when Sheila was off and I didn't have to do any extra explanations. Handovers were obviously always done before hand. Great service and friendly staff. Jo
