If there was a 0 star rating, SAB would receive it. To further the other dreadful reviews that this agency has received, I'd just like to share the horrible experiences that my housemates and I have had from dealing with them.



The lock on the front door was practically hanging off when we moved in and after countless phone calls, it took them four months to fix. The upstairs bathroom has flooded twice and the only time the landlord appears is when it is absolutely necessary for him. Of course, He blames any complaints we have to SAB are blamed on the landlord and vice-versa.

They are ignorant, rude and I wholeheartedly urge you to avoid them at all costs. We're paying extortionate amounts for a house that is not up to scratch and I can do nothing but worry about what is going to happen to my deposit, as everything that has gone wrong (a broken light fixture that wasn't secured properly, a curtain rail that fell down due to it not being properly fitted etc.) has been blamed on us.

Cambridge is an expensive place to live. Don't let these crooks make it worse for you.
