HORRIBLE service. Technician came on a friday evening. Told us we need a new part and ran out the door. barely even looked at the furnace.
We called on monday asking when the part will be replaced. Told not sure still waiting for it.
Called them back on wed and was asked for the model number of the furnace as the part was not ordered!!!!
DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING! HORRIBLE!!!!!!
