Underhanded tactics that punish families who have friends or loved ones locked up. As reported, charges and fees for everything involved with the company.
I haven't dealt with them recently, but I am again getting calls from my friend who's locked up. Their customer service is half and half, sometimes friendly, sometimes repulsive.
Dealing with them gives off a feeling of sleazy, crooked business and it stinks having to, but you're at the company's mercy if you want to communicate with those you care about.
They're as bad as the adult chat lines, but without the 'good time'. Incredible we're not charged to talk to reps there.
