Moderate online environment. No meter readings to be filled in, no insight into consumption, installment amounts are considered ridiculously high and can only be changed online once every 6 months (whereby you can only change the installment amount by 5%), no online invoices. They actually provide power and that's it. Unfortunately I have been attached to it for 3 years.
