I dealt well with my salesman - Chris Callari.
After we finalized the deal and completed all the 'dot the Is and crossed the Ts' stuff. I was handed over to Xiomara in the technology department for some vehicle instructions.
And I was very impressed. Not only was she very competent and efficient...she was a pleasure to meet and work with.
In fact - just listening to her handle On Star incompetence on the phone...I learned how to deal with unqualified 'phone techs'!
Stern, although respectful and professional, but clear in her expectations and the eventual results.
Both - Chris and Compares did great work.
