Recently I had an issue with the radio/ Navigation computer in my Ridgeline. The computer kept locking up while I was driving, would drop calls and was causing all kinds of problems. My service advisor Katelyn could not have been anymore helpful. As you know these situations can be difficult for warranty because of course it never happened when I brought it to the dealer. We well Katelyn stayed on it, followed up with me and in a very short period of time was to get the unit replaced. She could not have been more helpful, and even checked in with me after to make sure it was working ok. When you are in business, it is all about the people and great customer service, because of this experience I will certainly continue to have my truck serviced there, and when it is time to buy my next honda, no question that is where I am going. Thank you Katelyn!
