Customer service is not the first priority. Extremely condescending and no communication if the part does not come in. I stayed home from work and was never told that they were not coming to repair my washer. Unbelieveable! When I called to inquire, the manager said, "oops". I lost a day's pay and they did not even offer an apology. Simply, asked what I wanted them to do about it. I believe that L&B should at least have the common courtesy to communicate that the part did not come in and let me know that they needed to re-schedule. Extremely unprofessional attitude and behavior. I will not buy anything from this location and give them -5 stars, if I could. WATCH OUT!!!
