Terrible. Windows don't shut properly, letting in noise and pollution. Staff unhelpful and unable to resolve problems. Food extremely expensive - well more than you would pay at other similarly priced hotels in Delhi and rather more than e.g. a Hilton in the U.K. Coffee ludicrously expensive.
