I was there to order furniture in May 2016. My designer was awesome. I ordered $48000 of furniture for my home. My dining table from Chaddock showed up scratched and the trim on the legs was the wrong color. The buffet table doors would not close properly. A new buffet was ordered and a new table ordered. The new table showed up (another 10 weeks of waiting) and the legs were still the wrong color. Furnitureland tried to correct the trim color but when they redelivered the table, the legs were so poorly wrapped that they were chipped and scratched in many places and that was just on one leg! Then we ordered another table, but once it arrived at Furnitureland, they lost two of the legs. I am still waiting for the table and we are March 2017!! My sectional that I ordered was custom made and the manufacturer forgot to add the reinforced legs on the chaise part of my sectional. The manufacturer wanted to repair the issue and Furnitureland picked up my couches and sent them back for repair. However, once the manufacturer sent back the couches to Furnitureland they were so dirty that Furnitureland had to have them professionally cleaned. Once they arrived at my house, they were so poorly protected and loaded into the truck that the legs were broken and the underneath fabric was all torn. Then they had to order me new couches. A reimbursement of $800 was offered for my troubles. Finally, delivery was scheduled for my couches and they call me the day before to tell me that they cannot deliver both my sectionals cause there is no room on the truck. I was told that my pieces were too big. As if it is my problem. I asked them why I was being bumped off the truck. I have been through enough problems and felt that after 9 months of waiting for my stuff, why would they bump me off. I told the lady that there would be enough room on the truck if they bumped somebody else off the truck ( not that I wanted someone else to be disappointed). Why make someone who is already mad more mad. She had the nerve to tell me that they were not about to send a special truck just for me. It has been a frustrating experience and it is still ongoing. My couches are supposed to arrive Friday this week....not feeling very confident.
