The staff at Toyota are very interested in customer service from the sales rep that we had Patrick and to the financial officer Steve Burgh the whole process to our new car purchase was conducted at a very hi level i feel we were treated with great respect from the trade in of our car to the delivery of our new car Patrick helped get our thing's from our old car to the new car as well as showing us how to use the different features the new car has i would also like to thank the store manager on his word of complete customer satisfaction
