We had water damage from a backed up drain, which we discovered on a weekend. People's Trust Rapid Response Team showed up within the hour, and worked all weekend to make sure that the leak was fixed, and to dry out the affected bedroom. The insurance adjuster was also fast and more than fair. They lost one star because I wanted the usual option of repair by the insurance company's contractors. The nearest city where People's Trust had contractors under contract was 60 miles away, and the job was too small to justify the travel expenses. I think that if push had come to shove, People's Trust would have forced the issue with contractors, but I was finally able to find local workmen and suppliers to take care of repairs/replacement. I am still a customer and would recommend People's Trust.
