Was surprised by my girlfriend with a trip to KC and and a tour of this in-house coffee roaster. I thought I knew a lot about coffee, but the gentleman that was our tour guide was able to nerd out with us and answer the very specific questions we asked, proving I didn t really know as much as I thought. He was very friendly and professional. At the end of the tour, we learned how different brew methods make the same coffee taste different, side by side. If you want to nerd out about coffee, drink some damn good coffee, and see a plane randomly in the middle of KC, then The Roasterie Cafe is your place. I highly recommend.
