I have been using the 4.5" white split top bun in my restaurant for a couple years now. Quality is huge in our place. Our burgers needed a bun to hold up to the juiciest burgers. They do that and more. Always consistent and always fresh. My customers know the quality we put out and the bun is a perfect match.
