We were here over New Year's Eve. The complex itself is very nice. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. Sauna not nice (40Grad). What unfortunately did not work was the New Year's Eve. After a cultural program which was arranged very lovingly we went to dinner. Here we sat with thick jackets all evening. Air conditioning on and doors open to the outside. The menu was a disaster. They tried to cook European. Plate cold. Dishes cold. Meat tough. If one had placed emphasis on the local cuisine that would certainly not happen. Lake Inle compensates for everything. Great piece of earth. Keep it! Hans:-)
